I get it. Life is busy. Traffic seems to get worse and worse. It's hard to make time to take care of yourself.
With video telehealth you can access help at your convenience, from the comfort of your home or anywhere you prefer (as long as you are within the state of California). The setup is easy - you need a device with a webcam and microphone (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer), high speed internet, and a private place where you will not be interrupted during your therapy session.
About 10 minutes prior to your appointment, you will receive either an email or text appointment reminder, which has a unique link embedded in it. Using your computer or smartphone, all you have to do is click on the link to join the secure video telehealth call.
Telehealth is effective. Multiple research studies have demonstrated that the therapy benefits are the same through telehealth as they are in-person. I have been seeing clients using telehealth for years and routinely receive feedback that it is convenient, cost effective, and comfortable.
