Getting started is just a few steps away. Call or email me to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation so we may discuss the concerns you are having and how I may be able to help you. If it feels like a good fit to both of us, I will provide you access to a secure online portal where you may review my policies in more detail and complete a client history form prior to the first appointment.
My goal is to make the process of therapy as easy as possible. Your client portal is a secure and convenient way for you to send confidential communications, download or sign documents, and pay for therapy sessions (if using a credit card).

Rates are based on the length of appointment. I generally see individuals for a 50 minute session and couples for a 75 minute session. Please contact me directly to discuss my rates.
You are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of your appointment.
I accept payments by cash, check, or credit card.
Please note that I do not accept health insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a health plan that covers out-of-network providers, I can provide you with a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement of your session fees.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the fee for your full session (with an exception for emergencies).
